General conditions of school in Kyiv

1. The minimum enrolment age is 18 years
2. All payments (Tuition, registration etc.) should be paid in advance at least two weeks before the start date. 
3. Administration fee of 50 Euro is applied in case if you prefer to make reservation without complete prepayment. In this case this fee (50 Euro) is an extra charge to the cost of your course. In case of full prepayment in advance, the administration fee is not applied.
4. Prepayment for 1-year or 1-semester programs must be done in full and only in advance.
5. The documents for issuing visas for students are sent only after the complete prepayment of full amount of the course cost.
6. All Students must take a placement test to assign the correct level of study for the Course chosen by a Student.

Cancellation

1. If you have done the full prepayment in advance, but need to obliterate the classes because of serious personal reasons, we will refund the course fee without the Euro 50 of administration fee plus bank transfer costs in case that such cancellation is made at least two weeks before the start date.
2. No refund will be paid after the Course has started.
3. No refund will be paid for one-year and one-semester programs.
4. About cancellation or Rescheduling of the classes after the course had been started a student must inform at least twenty-four hours before start time of the classes. If not, the lessons are considered to be taken and their cost is not refunded and such classes can not be rescheduled. Classes cancelled twenty-four hours beforehand should be rescheduled and taken within 30 days after the cancellation date.
5.  We never cancel classes. The minimum amount of participants in group is 2. The amounts of classes with less than 2 sudents will be rescheduled from 4 group lessons to 2 individual lessons.

Insurance

Neither school nor your hosts are responsible for the loss of personal belonging or damage incurred during your stay. You are solely responsible in case there are some heath problems or accidents. In this way we strongly recommend that before you arrive in Ukraine, you should take out insurance for your own financial and personal security.

Behavior

If a student demonstrates clearly abnormal behavior, inappropriate intentions or regularly misses the classes without serious reasons; the school reserves the right to ban him or her from the classes at any time and without refund.
